If you are fed up with your computer's slow performance or tired of your computer not acting like it did when you bought it, you need our expert help. Maybe, you downloaded a program the computer "wiz kid" down the street told you about and it did not work, we can provide the real professional help you need.
When you need your computer fixed you only want someone you can trust. We go to great lengths to make
sure your data and hardware are treated like it is our own. We know you have spent a long time gettting
your system configured how you like it and that is how we intend on returning it to you. If we cannot fix your
computer there will be
no charge for labor.
Generally, this is the process we follow when we come to rescue or troubleshoot your computer:
1. Listen and Get a good understanding of what your computer is doing that you dont like.
2. Explain to you what the problem probably is, and have you sign a loss/prevention waiver.
3. Agree on the estimated time it will take and charge ($) to you.
4. Backup your data or accessable data to the best of our ablitiy.
5. Perform the tasks necessary to get the job done, the quickest way possible.
6. Give you the chance to drive for yourself and make sure you are happy.
7. Hopefully, leave you and your computer better off than when we got there.
8. Follow up, in a few days to see if you are still cruising.
